    Hours: 38 per week

    Salary: £23,894 - £28,069 (Qualification Bar at £25,466) Per Annum 

    Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. The in-house maintenance team carries out repairs and maintenance works in their properties. Whilst their Depot is based in Glenrothes, you will be expected to work at and from any other properties operated by them throughout East Central Scotland. You will carry out maintenance work in their properties. You should be a qualified plumber or an advanced plumber and should also be able and willing to carry out some limited multi-trade works when required such as basic joinery work or similar. You will carry out periodic inspections, repairs and alterations to their housing stock and offices.

    A van will be provided therefore a current driving licence is essential. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Disclosure Scotland Check.
