    The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has produced new guidance (26 November 2017) to help organisations prepare for the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which will supercede the Data Protection Act from 25 May 2018.

    The ICO describes the guidance section as a live document which will be updated and expanded. There are also links to helpful resources on their website.
