It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.
Fife Health and Social Care (H&SC) Partnership will be working with the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi) over the next 18 months to develop their Community Led Support (CLS) Programme.
CLS brings innovation to how services are delivered – designed and driven by practitioners along with local partners and members of the community they are serving. It’s not a new fad but builds on what is already working, joining up good practice and strengthening common sense, empowerment and trust. CLS assists organisations to work collaboratively with their communities and their staff teams to redesign a service that works for everyone, that evolves and is continually refined based on learning. NDTi is delivering a programme of support tailored to each area but with some common principles that govern the work.
Fife H&SC Partnership invite you to attend a session which will look at developing the CLS programme in Fife. These sessions are informal and relaxed, looking at what the community is like, what things are priorities for individuals and groups, share ideas and identify how they can be more involved as we take plans forward with them.
There is no need to book however if you would like further information please contact Alastair Minty on 07388 397074 or e-mail [email protected].
