  • Equal Voice - Finance Officer

    Hours: 8 hours per week
    Salary: £10-£12.50 per hour

    Equal Voice are recruiting for a Finance Officer to provide high quality financial support within the organisation. The main duties and responsibilities (although not an exhaustive list) are:

    • to process payroll services for Equal Voice;
    • to input data and process financial transactions on spreadsheets or accounting software;
    • operation of purchase and sales ledgers, producing invoices and processing customer and supplier invoices;
    • support project Treasurer in their strategic financial governance role of the project;
    • support Project Co-ordinator in their day-to-day financial management of the project; 
    • produce reports and returns as required to various funders;
    • produce monthly and other reports as required to management committee; 
    • administer and maintain and report on a system for Petty Cash; 
    • work with Treasurer and Independent Examiner to prepare and submit OSCR returns in an accurate and timeously manner.
