  • Scottish Government Consultation - The Charter of Patient Rights and Responsibilities

    Created: 25/08/2017
    News/Events Category: General News

The Scottish Government would like to invite you to take part in a short survey about The Charter of Patient Rights and Responsibilities.

They are considering revising the Charter to make sure that it continues to accurately summarise the rights and responsibilities of people using healthcare services.  They also want to find out how effective the Charter is in raising people’s awareness of their rights and responsibilities.

The Scottish Government would like to ask you some questions in this short survey which they estimate to take about 10 minutes to complete.

This is your opportunity to have a say on whether the Charter should be revised, and if so, what the issues are that should be addressed. You can let them know, too, if you would be interested in getting involved in any revision of the Charter.

The survey will close on Friday 22 September 2017 and can be accessed by clicking here.

If you have any questions , queries or would like the survey in an alternative format please do not hesitate to contact Suzanne Mack, Scottish Health Council.
