Fife's Health and Social Care Partnership have published the 2016-17 Annual Report.

The report gives useful background information on the integration of Health and Social Care Services in Fife, along with forewords from the Health and Social Care Partnership Boards new chair Simon Little, and the Director of the Health and Social Care Partnership Micahel Kellet.

The Annual Report champions a grass roots approach, mainly consisting of the process of creating new Locality and Cluster Planning profiles, groups and eventually plans.

The report includes information on a range of programmes that have worked towards better integrating services to improve peoples quality of life.
