    Fife Health and Social Care Partnership invite you to their upcoming Creating Healthy Communities roadshow. 

    Come along to one of their seven local events to find out more about the benefits of Health and Social Care Integration and how you can get involved.

    Michael Kellet, Director of Fife Health of Social Care Partnership, will kick off the events discussing why it’s important we create healthier communities together.
