As well as the bacon and hot egg rolls on offer, for our featured topic at this meeting, we're going to expand on a previous forum topic of how well volunteering is integrated into your organisation and the positive impact that this can have on your organisation - lines of communication are improved, staff feel more confident about involving and supporting volunteers and they can see how new volunteer roles could be created.
Your service can achieve its goals more effectively (by freeing up staff time, by adding benefit to service that is provided and so on) and work more smoothly and efficiently as a cohesive staff-volunteer group. However, we realise that if we want to have real change in our organisation that means getting the boss involved. So our request to you on this occasion is to come with your Manager, Senior, Chief Exec and so on.
