To raise the awareness of frontline staff about the impact of homelessness issues on health and to increase their knowledge of the services and support available.
By the end of this course participants will have:
An increased understanding of the issues and impact of homelessness on health
Explored the links between health and homelessness and client centred approaches to service delivery
An increased knowledge of what different services provide and how to access them and encourage the development of local networks
An increased knowledge and understanding of the prevention of homelessness and the development of prevention services in Fife.
This course is for anyone who provides support in Fife to people experiencing homelessness.
