    Fife Voluntary Action are proud to release “Working for Fife: A Survey of Third Sector Employability Pathway Services in Fife 2015” which builds on “Working for Fife 2013”.

    Working for Fife 2015 takes an extensive look at the scale and scope of third sector employability provision in Fife and contains information from 29 organisations on 43 separate employability projects who operate in Fife.

    The report looks into:
    • Partnerships/consortia in Fife;
    • The Fife Employability Pathway;
    • Target client groups;
    • Geographical coverage;
    • Employability services;
    • Project outcomes;
    • Financial information;
    • Obstacles and opportunities.

    The report identifies 14 recommendations looking at:
    • Funding;
    • Commissioning;
    • Supporting;
    • Delivering.

    Fife Voluntary Action would like to thank all of those who took the time to complete the survey and answer our questions. Without your input there would be no report.
