  • FVA’s ‘friendly face’ Isabel retires after 16 years of service

FVA’s Senior Administrator Isabel Ritchie retired last week after 16 years working for FVA and formerly CVS Fife. The team presented Isabel with flowers and gifts at the new Hub in Kirkcaldy on Thursday, and enjoyed a celebratory lunch to mark her leaving.

Isabel has been a familiar and friendly face to many staff, volunteers and visitors at our head office, and will be very much missed by all at Fife Voluntary Action.
Friends and colleagues Sandra Rimmer and Sandra Bruce agreed that it had been a pleasure working with Isabel over the years and they were going to miss her being in the office, but look forward to keeping in touch through regular get-togethers.

Chief Executive Kenny Murphy presented Isabel with her leaving gifts and gave thanks for her dedicated service and hard work over the years. He joined us in wishing Isabel the best of luck as she retires to spend more time with her family and her two young Labradors.

We hope Isabel will keep in touch and perhaps we’ll even tempt her with a volunteering opportunity once she’s had time to relax and enjoy some ‘spare time’!
