    This is an excellent opportunity to develop communication skills in both languages (English and Polish) by supporting clients who face barriers in accessing services such as Welfare Rights, Employment, Housing and more.

    Place: 36 Kirk Wynd, Kirkcaldy KY1 1EH. It is a town centre location, with public transport available (bus, train)

    Duties Include:

    • Working with individuals clients;
    • Contacting other agencies on the clients’ behalf;
    • Preparing and typing formal documents in English;
    • Providing clients with appropriate information and advice from front line agencies;
    • General reception duties, arranging appointments.
