    Advisers provide a quality advice and information service. Advisers may undertake a range of activities with the client depending on individual circumstances, as well as write effective records of the interview on the electronic case recording system.

    Tasks Include:

    • Interview clients;
    • Give information;
    • Give advice;
    • Give practical help;
    • Record cases;
    • Highlight appropriate instances of Social Policy.

    Time: Monday and Thursdays.
    Place: 322 High Street, Cowdenbeath.
