    Oakley Community Centre Management Committee are looking for a Volunteer Secretary to undertake the following:-

    • Keep safe all the information relevant to the group;
    • Deal with correspondence;
    • Write and send letters on behalf of the the group;
    • Take minutes at meetings;
    • Check minutes with the chair;
    • Copy and circulate minutes;
    • Prepare the agenda for the next meeting with the chair and send it out with additional information if required;
    • Book meetings and send out invites;
