News/Events Category: VolunteeringOakley Community Centre Management Committee are looking for a Volunteer Secretary to undertake the following:-
- Keep safe all the information relevant to the group;
- Deal with correspondence;
- Write and send letters on behalf of the the group;
- Take minutes at meetings;
- Check minutes with the chair;
- Copy and circulate minutes;
- Prepare the agenda for the next meeting with the chair and send it out with additional information if required;
- Book meetings and send out invites;
