    Blairhill Community Council are looking for a Volunteer Secretary to undertake the following:-

    • To keep safe all the information of the group;
    • To deal with correspondence;
    • To write and send letters and always keeping a file copy for the group to refer to;
    • To file and keep safe correspondence once the information has been passed on at the meetings;
    • To prepare the agenda for meetings and to take minutes;
    • To check, copy and circulate minutes and ensure meetings take place.
