Join Fife Carers' Centre's dedicated team making a real difference to unpaid carers across Fife. This rewarding role supports carers during hospital admissions and discharge planning, ensuring they receive the information, support and services they need to continue in their caring role.
You will have strong people skills, experience of delivering support or advice, and the confidence to work collaboratively with health, social care and third sector partners. A passion for supporting unpaid carers and improving their wellbeing is key.
