The National Lottery Community Fund - Fairer Life Chances

Created: 20/10/2026
News/Events Category: Funding and Finance
This item will show under the following categories: Health and Social Care   Children and Families

This funding is for projects that support children, young people and families. Or help people be healthier and have better access to support.

They’re looking for projects that achieve at least one of these outcomes:

  • children, young people and families to thrive
  • people have better relationships, connections and physical or mental health

Meeting both outcomes will not improve your chances of getting funding. Projects should also support people experiencing poverty, disadvantage or discrimination.

Your project should be designed with the people it’s for, not just delivered to them. This means:

  • involving them in how the project is developed, delivered and led
  • making use of their existing skills and interests
  • complementing and connecting with other services that support them

Full funding information can be found on their website.
