Take time to pause, reflect and recharge this autumn with a free online creative journalling session led by Nilofar Latifi.

Explore simple journalling techniques, creative reflection and gentle writing prompts in a friendly, supportive environment. No previous experience is needed, and there’s no expectation to share writing with others.

Who can attend?

The session is open to adults aged 16 and over who live, work or study in Fife. It’s suitable for complete beginners as well as those with experience of writing or journalling.

Funded by Fife Council, the session offers an opportunity to try something new, support wellbeing and connect with others from across Fife.
