Post: Operations Manager

Organisation: Care and Share Companionship

Hours: Full-time

Salary: £36,000 per annum

Care and Share Companionship is a highly-regarded befriending charity. They provide support and companionship for elderly people who are lonely or living in social isolation and who live in Kirkcaldy and the surrounding area. Their befriending services are typically provided via home visits, telephone calls and social events.

They are seeking an Operations Manager (to replace their outgoing Operations Manager), who will have responsibility for the overall operational performance and development of the charity. The role will involve working with the employed Community Programme Coordinator, amazing team of local volunteers and Board of Trustees.

The charity is well run and they have ambitions to grow. This is an exciting opportunity to play an influential and leading role in the next stage of their development and, most importantly, to make a positive, meaningful difference to our local community.
