About the role

Kingdom Group is looking for a Digital Project Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate multiple digital and business change projects. Working with cross-functional teams, project sponsors and stakeholders, you’ll help deliver improvements that strengthen services and support their vision of connecting people with services, support and each other.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects, balancing priorities and deadlines.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
  • Maintain project plans, risk and issue logs, change controls and benefits tracking.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support the successful delivery of digital and business change initiatives from start to finish.

About you

You’ll have a degree-level education or at least five years of relevant experience, alongside:

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project planning, scheduling and dependency management skills.
  • Experience delivering digital and/or business change projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
