'Making Change Happen' Climate Leadership Programme

Created: 10/10/2026
News/Events Category: Climate/Environment

'Making Change Happen!' is a practical, reflective leadership programme for people passionate about tackling the climate emergency through systems change.

Open to people from all sectors, whether or not they hold a formal leadership role, the programme will help you turn your commitment to climate action into meaningful change in your community and organisation.

Across six days, you’ll explore your leadership strengths and motivations, develop coaching and communication skills, and discover how collaboration, partnerships and systems thinking can drive lasting change.

Through peer learning and Action Learning Sets, you’ll work through real challenges, share ideas and develop practical plans for action.

Who is it for?

Anyone passionate about creating positive change in Fife through climate action, regardless of their sector, experience or leadership role.
