In this session, you can look at how to create a role that maximises the value to those volunteering to advance or begin a career in built, cultural or natural heritage. You will explore what makes a volunteering opportunity a valuable development opportunity, what an ethical and accessible opportunity would look like, and what volunteers with these motivations are looking for.
