Bipolar Unfiltered: Lunch & Learn

Created: 06/10/2026
News/Events Category: Health and Social Care

A free introductory session for people working or volunteering in communities to build their understanding and awareness of bipolar.

When people think about bipolar, they often think about mood swings, highs and lows, or periods of mania and depression. But there is much more to living with bipolar than this.

During this relaxed and interactive session, we'll lift the lid on some of the things that aren't always talked about. Lived experience insights are woven throughout, helping to give a more personal and meaningful understanding of what bipolar can look and feel like in everyday life.

Who is this session for?

Anyone who would simply like to understand bipolar a little better and feel more confident supporting or working alongside someone who lives with it. You don't need any previous knowledge of bipolar, and you don't need to be a mental health professional.

Bring your lunch and join them for an open conversation about bipolar.
