New Six-week Employability Programme Offers Flexible Support in North East Fife

Fife Council's training and development team have partnered with Triage to offer a small, practical six-week programme for people who need time, trust and individual support before moving into mainstream employability services.
What the programme offers
- Practical activities - community-based tasks and experiences
- One-to-one support - a weekly space to talk and plan
- Help with barriers - support to make the next step manageable
Programme details
Dates: 7 October - 12 November 2026
Duration: 6 weeks
Time and days: 10am-12.30pm on Wednesdays and a 30-minute one-to-one on Thursdays
Venue: County Buildings, Cupar
Who is it for?
People in North East Fife who face multiple or complex barriers that are not yet ready for a standard employability programme and would benefit from a flexible, relationship-based starting point.
