The role 

As a Joiner you will:

  • Work as part of the Asset Operations Team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.
  • Carry out all required joinery maintenance and repair work in our properties, offices and any other buildings.
  • Participate in the emergency on call rota.
  • Carry out multi-skilled work such as basic plumbing and plasterwork.
  • You will provide routine and emergency repairs in customers' homes, change of tenancy repairs in void properties and other categories of repairs and minor works in our properties and staff bases.

About you

They're looking for someone who has: 

  • Completed a 4-year apprenticeship in relevant trade (SCQF 6) 
  • Previous experience in a Joiner role
  • The ability to carry out multi-skilled work, including basic plumbing work
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic digital skills
  • The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
