NeuroNatter: Supporting Neurodivergent Staff to Thrive
Created: 16/09/2026
Fife Health & Social Care Partnership invite you to their next NeuroNatter session.
The session will focus on the experiences of neurodivergent staff, creating opportunities to connect with others, share experiences, and explore what helps neurodivergent people thrive at work.
NeuroNatter is a welcoming space for neurodivergent colleagues, as well as colleagues and managers who want to better understand and support neurodivergent staff.
Together, you'll explore the realities of being neurodivergent in the workplace, what meaningful support looks like, and how everyone can continue to build a more neuro-inclusive culture across the Partnerhip.
There will be opportunities for conversation, reflection, and learning - but no pressure to speak. You're welcome to participate in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.
The Partnership is committed to making this a neuro-inclusive event. A quiet space will be available throughout the afternoon, and attendees are welcome to take breaks whenever needed.
A Mental Health First Aider will also be on site throughout the event should anyone require support.
