Feeling overwhelmed, stressed or stuck? Project Mindset is a six-session mental health and wellbeing programme designed to help people aged 16 and over develop practical skills to improve their confidence, resilience and overall wellbeing.

Delivered by highly trained staff at YMCA Glenrothes, the programme uses The Decider LifeSkills approach to help participants better understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviours, while building the tools needed to manage life's challenges.

What you'll learn

During the programme, you'll:

  • Understand how low confidence, anxiety, stress and low mood can affect everyday life.
  • Explore how thoughts and feelings influence behaviour.
  • Learn strategies to overcome procrastination and build motivation.
  • Develop resilience and confidence to cope with difficult situations.
  • Gain practical techniques to help you move forward with strength and positivity.

Whether you're looking to improve your wellbeing or develop new coping strategies, Project Mindset offers a supportive environment to help you take positive steps towards a healthier future.
