Something exciting is coming to Leven, and everyone is invited to be part of it.
A brand new Parkrun is launching soon, bringing a free, weekly 5k event to the community that's about so much more than running.
Whether you're an experienced runner aiming for a personal best, someone looking to get more active, enjoy a leisurely walk, spend time outdoors with family and friends, or simply meet new people, Parkrun welcomes everyone. There's no pressure, no competition unless you want it, and no one finishes last.
Every week, people of all ages and abilities come together to walk, jog, run or volunteer, creating welcoming, supportive communities where everyone belongs.
More than a 5K
Parkrun isn't just about crossing a finish line. It's about improving physical and mental wellbeing, building friendships, giving back through volunteering, and celebrating the places we live.
The arrival of Parkrun in Leven is a fantastic opportunity to bring local people together while showcasing the beautiful surroundings the area has to offer. Whether you attend every week or drop in when you can, you'll be joining a community that encourages, supports and celebrates each other.
