A development opportunity for managers and supervisors across Fife Health and Social Care Partnership.

Using a Coach Approach is about having conversations differently. It helps develop active listening skills and encourages an open, supportive style of communication that enables people to contribute, think for themselves and find their own solutions.

This course is primarily aimed at those in management or supervisory roles across Fife Health and Social Care Partnership.
