Have you, or someone you support, experienced challenges accessing health screening appointments?
People with learning disabilities can sometimes face barriers when accessing health screening services. To help improve these services across Fife, Fife Health & Social Care Partnership is inviting people with learning disabilities, their families, carers and support staff to share their experiences.
Your feedback will help shape future services by identifying what's working well and where improvements are needed.
Why take part?
By sharing your experiences, you'll help them:
- Understand the barriers people face when accessing health screening
- Identify the support that makes a positive difference
- Improve information and communication
- Make health screening services more accessible and inclusive for everyone in Fife
Every response will help build a better understanding of how services can better meet people's needs.
