Looking for something to do on a Saturday morning?

Have you considered parkrun but you're not a runner - don't worry, you can come and volunteer or walk 5k.

There are five parkruns across Fife with around 1,000 people attending every week. Many people walk or volunteer and everyone is welcome.

Join this information session to hear what it's all about and ask questions.

  • 9am - hear from Andrew Aird from Parkrun
  • 9.15am - GP talks about potential health and wellbeing benefits
  • 9.20am - questions
