As a Client Adviser, you will provide high-quality advice across a range of topics, helping clients understand their options and empowering them to take action to resolve their issues. You will manage your own caseload, ensure accurate case recording and work in line with CARF’s policies, procedures and quality standards.The Role
You will:
- Deliver advice to clients on a defined range of topics to agreed quality standard;
- Take ownership of all individual client related matters within the scope of CARF’s service offering
- Ensure optimal quality case recording in line with agreed protocols and standards;
- Participate in ensuring good practice within bureaus and contribute to continuous;
- improvement within office and across region;
- Ensure technical knowledge and understanding of evolving demand is current;
- Carry out peer checking;
- Support Volunteers
