    Hours: 35 hours per week - Fixed-term until 31 August 2027, subject to the return of the postholder
    Salary: £32,271 per annum
    Location: Suite 2, Forth House, Burnside Business Court, Inverkeithing

    Citizens Advice and Rights Fife (CARF) is Fife’s leading independent advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people for over 25 years.  Their service is as important as ever, and they're committed to strengthening their links with local communities, providing the trusted support they are known for in locations that are accessible and familiar to their clients.

    As a Client Adviser, you will provide high-quality advice across a range of topics, helping clients understand their options and empowering them to take action to resolve their issues. You will manage your own caseload, ensure accurate case recording and work in line with CARF’s policies, procedures and quality standards.

    The Role

    You will:

    • Deliver advice to clients on a defined range of topics to agreed quality standard;
    • Take ownership of all individual client related matters within the scope of CARF’s service offering
    • Ensure optimal quality case recording in line with agreed protocols and standards;
    • Participate in ensuring good practice within bureaus and contribute to continuous;
    • improvement within office and across region;
    • Ensure technical knowledge and understanding of evolving demand is current;
    • Carry out peer checking;
    • Support Volunteers
