    At Kingdom Group, they're evolving to meet the changing needs of our customers and communities. With housing challenges across Scotland, the work they do has never been more important. To support this vital work, they're recruiting for an Asset Inspector to work as part of the Asset Strategy Team to undertake all inspections and surveys on their property assets. Carrying out a range of surveys such as pre and post work and damp and mould property inspections, estates and stock condition surveys, you will engage and communicate with customers and contractors, as required.

    The Role

    You will:

    • Carry out robust and thorough inspections to all of our property stock in line with Kingdom standards including pre work, post work, damp and mould surveys and estates inspections to identify required repairs or maintenance in line with compliance;
    • You will provide an excellent service to their customers when attending their homes and communities;
    • Carry out stock condition surveys in line with frameworks, guidelines and targets;
    • Monitor the performance of any external contractors, identifying any issues and providing feedback where required;
    • Engage and communicate with external contractors where required.
