Footcare Fife Introduces Personal Footcare Packs

This item will show under the following categories: Carer SupportWe've made an important change to our Footcare Fife service from 01 July 2026.
To help make our service more sustainable while continuing to provide the high standard of care you expect, every client will receive their own personal Footcare pack. This includes a handy toiletry bag containing an information leaflet and your own pair of nail nippers, which are yours to keep.
What you need to do
At your next Footcare appointment, you will receive your own personal pack.
Once you've received your pack, please remember to:
- Bring your Footcare pack with you to every appointment
- Keep your nail nippers in the sealed bag provided
- Please do not share your nail nippers with anyone else
If you forget your Footcare Pack
If you forget to bring your nail nippers, lose them, or they are not returned in the sealed bag provided, we may need to issue you with a replacement pair.
A replacement charge of £5 will apply, in addition to the standard appointment fee.
Everything else stays the same
While this is a new way of working, everything else about our service remains exactly as you've come to expect. You'll still see our friendly volunteers, and the appointment fee remains £10 — a price that has stayed the same since 2014.
This small change will help us reduce waste and make our service a little greener for everyone.
