Created: 01/07/2026Do you support young people aged 16 to 26 who are care experienced or facing significant life challenges? Join this free online information session to learn more about Grandmentors Fife and how to refer young people who may benefit from mentoring.
Grandmentors is an award-winning intergenerational mentoring programme delivered by Volunteering Matters. Young people are matched with trained volunteer mentors aged 50+, who provide consistent encouragement, guidance and practical support while working towards goals that matter to them, including building confidence, improving wellbeing, developing independent living skills, and progressing into education, employment or training.

Grandmentors Fife launched in April 2026 and is delivered by Volunteering Matters, with funding from the Fife Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund.
