Express Group Move to New Methil Venue

Express Group's Methil group is moving to Methil Community Centre on Bowling Green Street from 02 July 2026.
The group will take place at the new venue from 02 July and every Thursday thereafter, 9.30am - 1.00pm.
Express Group Fife groups promote positive mental health and wellbeing by providing a safe place for sharing experiences, peer support and recovery, where people can relax and move forward at their own pace. There are currently 11 groups at eight locations across Fife each week, providing various activities to encourage social interaction and confidence building, while helping to make new friends and supporting individuals to make the most of life in their local community.
The groups are run by a dedicated group of staff, volunteers and very much by the members themselves, which creates a feeling of belonging and safety. For some, the groups are perhaps the only place they can meet people and socialise; for others, they are a chance to volunteer and show what they can do. The cooked meal at the end of the morning is a definite draw for many!
Express Group Fife has a referral system in place for joining their groups and referral and self-referral forms can be downloaded from their website https://www.expressgroupfife.org.uk or requested from the office by e-mailing [email protected]
