    Kingdom Group is on an exciting journey, and their Property & Factoring Services are central to that ambition.They are recruiting for a Property & Factoring Services Manager - a newly created role offering the rare opportunity to shape the service from day one and make a lasting impact on the organisation and the community they serve. They are looking for an experienced, driven leader to take charge of their Property & Factoring service delivery, spanning mid-market rent leasing, shared ownership, and factoring services, and to make a real, lasting difference for their customers and communities across Fife, Falkirk, Clackmannanshire, and Perth & Kinross.

    Reporting to the Neighbourhood Director, you will help shape and implement strategies across the Kingdom Group, leading with purpose, accountability and an unwavering commitment to the customer.     The role

    As Property & Factoring Services Manager, you will:

    • Lead and manage all Property & Factoring service delivery, including mid-market rent leasing, shared ownership and factoring operations, ensuring services meet the highest standards for every customer.
    • Champion the customer journey across all services, empowering your teams to act on feedback and drive continuous improvement.
    • Drive strategy and performance, leading contributions to the corporate plan, monitoring KPIs and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, health & safety and budget requirements.
    • Build and manage key stakeholder relationships including with Local Authorities, support agencies and contractor.
    • Represent Kingdom Group at external events.
    • Contribute to the running of the business at Business Leadership Team level.

    About you

    They are looking for someone who:

    • Has five or more years' experience in a relevant discipline, with a proven track record of managing teams, driving performance and delivering commercial Property & Factoring services.
    • Holds a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, with evidence of continuous professional development and a strong working knowledge of housing sector regulations.
    • Has experience of private rented sector leasing, stakeholder and contract management, and developing business plans and service improvements.
