    Salary: £27,107.40 - £30,527.34 per annum (depending on experience)
    Location: Lochgelly based, with travel throughout Fife



    Working as part of Rock Trust's established and high-performing Fife Housing First for Youth service, this is an exciting opportunity to support young people aged 16-25 to avoid, resolve and move on from homelessness.

    Working directly with young people in their homes and within community settings, the Project Worker will provide emotional and practical support to help young people secure and maintain a permanent home, develop independent living skills, manage finances, access wider services and build connections within their communities.

    Project Workers are responsible for developing support plans and risk assessments and for coordinating support with other professionals and services involved in a young person's life to ensure a consistent and effective approach.
