Scottish SMEs and social enterprises are invited to join a free webinar exploring the benefits of consortium bidding and collaborative working.
Hosted by the Supplier Development Programme, this practical session will take place on Thursday 25 June 2026 and is designed to help organisations understand how working together can open up opportunities to bid for larger contracts.
Consortium bidding enables small businesses, social enterprises, supported businesses and third sector organisations to combine their skills, resources and expertise, helping them compete for contracts that may be difficult to secure individually.
During the webinar, participants will learn:
- What a consortium is and how it works
- Key features of collaborative business models
- The benefits of co-operative bidding
- How to set up an incorporated consortium company
- Examples of successful consortium bids
- Answers to frequently asked questions
