The Fife edition of the Scottish Ethnic Minority Talent Summit takes a regional focus on sectoral innovation in housing and social care, addressing some of Scotland's most critical talent gaps.

The day connects ethnic minority professionals with high-growth opportunities in key public service sectors, alongside employers, policy makers, and community partners.

The event is hosted by DataKirk, in partnership with Fife College and Kingdom Housing Association. Up to 200 delegates are expected.

The event forms part of the Scottish Ethnic Minority Festival 2026 - a five-day festival running across Aberdeen, Glasgow, Fife, and Edinburgh.
