This event is being organised by Circles Network
Join Circles Network for a morning of relaxation and wellbeing!
Take time for you and enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating morning designed especially for unpaid carers. The event is free and they'll provide refreshments and snacks.
The plans for the event are:
- 10.00am: Seated stretching for relaxation
- 10.30am: Hand and shoulder massage techniques
- 11.30am: Box breathing session
All unpaid carers are welcome - pop along, take a break, and learn something new while connecting with others in a supportive space.
You can pour from an empty cup - take care of you.
