This event is being organised by Supporting Birth Families Service
This particular event is free to attend, so no payment is required.
The Supporting Birth Families Service is providing three workshops for professionals working with and supporting birth families.
Workshops 1 and 2
The first two workshops will provide the opportunity to meet with other professionals working alongside birth families and hear first-hand lived experience of birth mums who no longer care permanently for their children.
This is an opportunity for professional learning across sectors.

- Monday 14 September 2026, 9.30am - 12.00pm
Workshop 3
The third workshop will be a reflective session for professionals who have attended one of the first two sessions. It will allow professionals to discuss learning from both parents and consider how they will use these lived experiences within their practice, furthermore it will consider what barriers are in place to do this effectively.
