    Title: Customer Resolution Trainee
    Organisation: Kingdom Housing Association
    Hours: 36 hours per week
    Salary: £25,181 - £25,639 per annum
    Location: Perth

Kingdom Group is recruiting a Customer Hub Trainee. If you are aged 16 - 24 and like the sound of working directly with their customers and helping them with queries about repairs, tenancies and account management, while expanding your customer service and communication skills, then their three-year traineeship could be for you. This is your chance to build a long-term career and gain a recognised qualification, whilst learning alongside experienced colleagues who are committed to providing the highest standard of service to customers.

Kingdom Group is constantly evolving to meet the changing needs of their communities. They rely on the Customer Hub to be the crucial first point of contact for customers and to keep services running smoothly. If you'd like to be part of the next generation of talent to keep that going, this is the role for you.

    The role

As a Customer Hub Trainee, you'll:

    • Work across all teams in their Customer Hub, helping to deliver exceptional customer service and experience
    • Learn alongside the Customer Support Advisors and Customer Experience Officers, gaining hands-on experience in handling customer queries about repairs, housing, tenancy and account management
    • Develop core customer service, communication and digital skills while working towards a recognised qualification in customer service
    • Help respond to customer queries, support engagement activities and contribute to projects that improve the customer experience - building real-world skills with every interaction

Although completion of the traineeship does not guarantee a permanent position, there may be opportunities for successful candidates to progress into roles such as Customer Support Advisor Customer Experience Officer.
