Lunchtime Learning: Fife and The Forth Green Freeport

FVA lunchtime learning sessions are aimed at raising the skills and capacities of local service providers interested in improving or enhancing their provision in Fife.
The Forth Green Freeport is under development to deliver a just transition to net zero, by attracting significant inward investment, building international trade and export capability, and to creating jobs.
Green Freeports are areas of operational and development land linked to a port where normal tax and customs rules are varied to promote growth and trade.
The Green Freeport policy aims to drive investment into deprived communities, increasing employment opportunities and economic activity.
Green Freeports comprises both private and public organisations who work together to deliver the vision.
The Forth Green Freeport ambition is to use technology backed skills development to address areas of acute deprivation within nearby Southeast Scotland communities.
