The Robertson Trust: Big Change That Lasts Fund
Created: 07/05/2026The Big Change That Lasts Fund supports organisations working in Scotland to deliver long‑term, systemic change that prevents and reduces poverty and related trauma. They fund work that tackles the underlying causes of poverty - shifting systems, structures and practices so that change lasts beyond individual projects and beneficiaries.
At this time, they are prioritising applications that focus on financial security.
They are particularly interested in work that:
This fund does not support ongoing service delivery, unless it is clearly testing or demonstrating a new, scalable approach.
Financial security priorities
Financial security means ensuring income adequacy and stability, access to essentials, and effective safety nets that prevent people from falling into poverty.
Applications should focus primarily on at least one of the following priorities:
