This particular event is free to attend, so no payment is required.
The Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 introduces 'regulated roles' to define whether PVG scheme membership is required when working with children and/or protected adults. This replaces the previous definition of regulated work.
The session covers:
- an overview of the PVG Scheme;
- regulated roles with children and protected adults - who can join the scheme?
- normal and incidental duties
- resources available
