    The Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 introduces 'regulated roles' to define whether PVG scheme membership is required when working with children and/or protected adults. This replaces the previous definition of regulated work.

    The session covers:

    • an overview of the PVG Scheme;
    • regulated roles with children and protected adults - who can join the scheme?
    • normal and incidental duties
    • resources available
