Rocket Science and FreshSight have teamed up to find out how to help future proof Scotland's third sector.

A strong flow of young talent helps organisations continue to serve the communities that need them, into the long term. However, little is known about how well the third sector in Scotland is building a pipeline of future leaders.

Your answers will help them build a clearer picture of what youth opportunities are in place in the Scottish third sector.

The research will be shared openly with the sector to support all organisations, and inform how universities, training providers and policymakers support third sector talent.
