Nordic Walking in Fife with Bums Off Seats
Created: 13/04/2026Bums Off Seats is a Fife Walking Initiative to get people moving and meet other people.
Nordic walking is a great way to socialise, learn a new skills and increase your fitness. Using poles helps work your whole body whilst walking.
Their walks include some warm-up exercise, with stretches afterwards.
Their trained walk leader volunteers will also teach you how to use the poles and refine your technique.
Poles provided if required.
There are two sets of sessions available:

| 24 June | Dalgety Bay, Pentland Rise car park (walk towards Aberdour) |
| 01 July | Water-ski Centre Car park, Townhill Dunfermline |
They will take a break for the summer holidays and return week commencing 20 July 2026.
