  • Daring Ventures in Fife with Dr Suzanne Zeedyk - 4 Day Training Course

    Created: 03/04/2026
    News/Events Category: Children and Families

Understanding the biological and emotional dynamics of relationships - for the education and third sector workforce.

Delivered by developmental psychologist Dr Suzanne Zeedyk, the Daring Ventures course brings together explanations of a range of inter-connected relationship dynamics, including the rupture-repair cycle, emotional regulation, attachment styles, emotional boundaries and containment.

The intended outcome of this training is for staff to become more knowledgeable about the theories that underpins relational dynamics and be in a position to develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of their own settings and wider communities. Ideally, 2 members of staff from the same setting should attend, one of whom has a managerial or leadership role.

We are offering this free 4-day in-person course on the following dates:

    • Thursday 23rd July
    • Friday 24th July
    • Monday 27th July
    • Tuesday 28th July

Staff must be available to attend all 4 days. Tea, coffee and refreshments will be provided but attendees should bring their own lunch.

The course will be held at Fife Voluntary Action's Office in Kirkclady, New Volunteer House, 16 East Fergus Place, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1XT.
