The Children’s Services Partnership in Fife is developing a new Communities of Practice model. This model will bring practitioners together across services and sectors to foster a collaborative, local approach to partnership working and to improve outcomes for children, young people and families. The sessions will provide a valuable space for staff to connect, share learning, and strengthen relationships across agencies.
The Communities of Practivemodel is initially being piloted in the Lochgelly and Cowdenbeath locality, colleagues working and delivering services in the area are invited to attend to connect with local staff and help shape the local Communities of Practice model.
The first event will take place on Thursday 4th June between 4pm - 6pm at Benarty Primary School, 67-69 Lochleven Road, Lochore, KY5 8HU.
